The Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has announced the Essay Writing Competition for Jashn-e-Azadi (Independence Day in Pakistan) 2024. The theme of the AIOU essay contest can be described as “75 Years of Freedom: Success and Failures”. You must write the Jashn-e Azadi essay in Urdu. The Essay Writing Competition winners will be awarded the First, Second and Third prizes. The certificate will be available for all the other participants. The deadline to submit an essay is August 26 2024.

Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) will host a variety of competitions as part of the Independence Month celebrations, including painting/poster and essay writing contests for students from across the nation. The poster contest will occur on August 24 at 9:15 a.m. inside AIOU’s Institute of Education Technology building. “My Pakistan (in future)” will be the topic of the painting competition and poster.

• Students must be Pakistani or have AJK National ID to be able to participate in Inter-University Essay Competitions organized by HEC.
• Candidates must be Regular students of any Pakistani/Private university to be eligible to apply to the HEC The 75th Year of the Pakistani Writing Competition 2024.
• The age limit for applying to the HEC Pakistan 75th Anniversary Essay Competition 2024 is 25 years.
• Male/Female Students can Apply for Aiou Pakistan Essay Competition 2024 Prize Money of 7000,5000,3000 respectively.
• Online National Essay Contest is open to all at or above 18 years of age at the submission date. One registration per artist.

Rules:

• Participants are required to adhere to the following rules strictly. If they do not, their entry is deemed ineligible.
• The essay can write either in English or Urdu, depending on the subject given to each category.
• The word count of the essay is already mentioned in each section. The word count should be counted after your essay.
• The essay must be unique and will be examined for plagiarism. References should be listed after the paper.
• English essays should be in the form of Times New Roman, Font size 12, Line spacing 1.5
• Urdu essays can be typed and converted into PDF or handwritten on one side of the page.
