The Punjab government has introduced 10 Professional Bs Programs at province-wide government schools. The program is designed to offer students quality education to provide better employment opportunities for youth. Students enrolled in these degree courses will be paid up to 7000 annually in fees.The initiative is aimed at providing quality education to the students for generating better employment opportunities for youth.

Costs of BS Professional Degree Courses

Usually, the tuition and other costs associated with BS professional degree courses are more than 100 thousand dollars annually. However, they are not the norm. The Punjab Higher Education Department has thought of offering these degree programs at colleges with minimal fees. This will benefit a vast number of students from this province that cannot afford the price of the degree programs offered in the universities.

This will help many students from the province who can’t afford the high of ce of university degrees. According to reports, this will benefit many students in the area who cannot afford university degrees. Punjab Higher Education Department has begun offering professional degrees at public universities, taking into account demand from the market, the limited number of seats in public universities, and the high cost of private university tuition.

In keeping with market demand, the limited seats at government universities, and the cost of private schools, The Department of Higher Education Punjab began providing professional degrees at public colleges. Some of the courses offered are BS in Medical Lab Technology, TESOL, Tourism and Hotel Management, Textile Designing, Textile Designing, Food Sciences, Nutrition Sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology, and Software Engineering.

Institutes Providing the BS Prograsm

Dr. Ashiq said that efforts are being made to grant admission to government colleges to as many students as possible. Government colleges will also provide these courses in the evening. Alongside the lab facilities, he added that we have excellent faculty, including MPhil and Ph.D. graduate students. Cooper Road College, Samanabad, Dayal Singh, Ravi Road, Township, Civil Lines College, MAO College, Gulberg College, and other colleges offer these courses.
