The government of Sindh announced the Sindh Endowment Fund Scholarship 2024. Sindh Government providing a great opportunity to achieve their goals. Candidates who belong to Sindh province from poor families and special quota candidates can apply for the Sindh Endowment Fund Scholarship 2024. SEEF Scholarship for Sindh Students 2024

The government of Sindh has announced the Sindh Education Endowment Fund Scholarship (SEEF). The scholarship is available through the Sindh Educational Endowment Fund Trust and College Education Department. SEEF provides scholarships to students from low-income families/deserving students to help them get quality higher education at reputable public and private sector institutions. The government of the Sindh province initiated a Sindh endowment fund scholarship program for needy and poor students. So they can enhance the better future of their youth and the betterment of their welfare.

The Sindh Education Foundation (SEF), was established under the Sindh Education Foundation Act, 1992 as a semi-autonomous organization with a mandate to support education in the province through multifarious interventions. The Act provides wide-ranging powers to the Foundation to support the education sector through a large number of instruments and support activities.

Since its establishment in 1992, the Foundation has made serious efforts to increase access to quality education for the students across Sindh especially those in the remote and underdeveloped regions of the province. Initially, SEF’s modus operandi focused on providing grants and loans to educational institutes and organizations. Today, the Foundation provides the communities with access to quality education in partnership with individuals and/or organizations.

How to Apply for SEEF Scholarship 2024

You can download the application form for SEEF Scholarship 2020 from the Sindh Education Endowment Fund site. After downloading it, fill it and submit it carefully. The last date must be remember.

Sindh Endowment Fund Eligibility Criteria

• The students must be a resident and domicile holder of Sindh Province.
• Students who are admitted to the respective institutions in 2012 or before are not eligible to apply.
• Full-time students whose parents/guardians have an annual net income, from all sources of not more than Rs. 12,00,000/-
• The Students who were already awarded scholarships may also apply for renewal along with the present result (GPA).
• Incomplete applicants will not be entertained. Required documents must be enclosed. Giving wrong / incomplete information will disqualify the candidates for Scholarships.
• Short-listed candidates will have to appear before a selection committee for an interview. The selection of applicants shall be made by the selection committee as per laid down criteria approved by the endowment fund board.
• 5% seats are reserved for the children of Government Primary Secondary & Higher secondary school teachers.
• 2% of seats are reserved for the children of employees of the Sindh Secretariat.
• The applicants applied under the above-mentioned children quota would be required to submit a service certificate of his/her parent duly issued by the Head of the Institution/department.
• An incomplete application will not be entertained. Required documents must be enclosed. Giving wrong/incomplete information will disqualify the candidates for scholarships.
• The deadline for submitting the application is 30^th October 2024.

Ineligibility

1. The self-financing plan, overseas entrance, and foreign education are not taken into consideration.
2. Part-time students and courses, executive education, and distance learning are not eligible.
3. The pupils’ grade or marks shall not be less than 60% or 2.5 GPA.
4. Applications that are incomplete won’t be considered. Documents need to be enclosed.
5. The candidate will not be eligible for the scholarship if they provide inaccurate or missing information.
6. The pupils who left class early or graduated will not be entertained.
