Eligilbity Criteria for BUMHS Quetta Admission 2024

The candidate must have achieved a minimum of 65% marks in the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or FSc (Pre-Medical) or an equivalent qualification from any Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) in Pakistan or abroad.

Candidates who have cleared the Medical & Dental Colleges Admission Test (MDCAT) 2024 conducted by the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) with a minimum of 65% marks are eligible. Repeating candidates can use their MDCAT 2024 result, provided that the name equivalence is confirmed by the PMC.

For candidates belonging to Balochistan as local/domicile residents, the merit calculation criteria are as follows:

1. Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or its equivalent will carry a weightage of 10%.
2. Intermediate Pre-Medical (HSSC) or its equivalent will carry a weightage of 40%. Only the marks obtained in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics/Mathematics will be considered.
3. PMC-MICAT (Medical & Dental Colleges Admission Test) will carry a weightage of 50%.

2. Matriculation pass certificate or “O” level equivalence certificates issued by IBCC.
3. Intermediate Science (Pre-medical) marks sheet or Certificate of “A” level (Pre-medical) equivalence certificate issued by IBCC with transcript certificate.
4. Copy of result of PMC-MDCAT of the candidate or result of PMC-MDCAT in case of repeating candidate.
5. Computerized B form/CNIC of candidate, father or mother from NADRA. Local / Domicile Certificate issued by authorized district magistrate/ Deputy Commissioner.
6. Four passport size recent photographs with blue back ground.
7. Disability and Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate (where applicable) is mandatory.
