شاعر جمیل الدین عالی نے اس نظم میں مقبوضہ کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کی آزادی کے لئے قر بانیوں کا ذکر بڑی درد مندی اور جوش سے کیا ہے اس لیے وہ دیس کی ہواؤں کو کہہ رہا ہے کہ تم سرحد کے پار جا کر ان مجاہرین کو چھوڑ کر میرے پاس آؤ کیونکہ ان کو ہاتھ لگانا بھی سعادت ہے۔ ان کی بات چیت کانوں کو بھلی لگتی ہے کیونکہ یہ وہ لوگ ہیں جو وطن کی خاطر جان قربات کر کے آنے والی نسلوں پر احسان کر رہے ہیں۔ انھیں مال و ملک سے کوئی غرض نہیں۔ وہ بس آزادی کے خواہاں ہیں۔ وہ مخلص اور بے ریا مجاہدین ہیں کیو نکہ وہ محمد ﷺ کے پیروکار ہیں اس لیے سب کچھ بڑی ثابت اور استقلال سے برداشت کر رہے ہیں۔
شاعر دیس کی ہواؤں کو یہ پیغام دے رہا ہے کہ وہ سرحد کے پار جاکر آزادی کی خاطر لڑنے والے مجاہدین کو چھو کر واپس آئیں تاکہ وہ بھی ان کی نیک لمس سے فیض یاب ہوں۔
شاعر کا مطلب ہے کہ مقبوضہ کشمیر میں مجاہد ین اور اہل علاقہ جو تکالیف و مصائب برداشت کر رہے ہیں۔ تاریخ کے اوراق کے اراق اس بات کی گواہی دے رہے ہیں کہ آمائش اور تکلیف کے دن ختم ہونے والے ہیں۔ بہت جلد تمہیں اازادی نصیب ہو گی اور ہم دونوں ایک دوسرے کے دیدار سے بہرہ مند ہو گے۔
نسلیں اس بات کی گواہی دیں گی کہ حقیقت میں ان مجاہدین نے دیس کی خاطر اپنی جانوں جا نذرانہ پیش کرکے ہمیں آزادی کا تحفہ دیا ہے۔
