Government of Punjab Department of Human Resources and Minority Affairs HRMA has announced Punjab Minority Scholarship 2025 Scheme for Minority Students. All Those students who belong to minority groups and studying in Matric to Ph.D are eligible to get the scholarship. HRMA Minorities Scholarship offers financial support to qualified students, enabling them to achieve their academic aspirations without the hindrance of financial difficulties. This scholarship is accessible to students attending government schools, colleges, and universities in Punjab, serving as an important foundation for academic achievement.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following conditions:

Non-Muslim Students: Only non-Muslim students are eligible to apply.

Enrollment in Government Institutions: Applicants must be enrolled in recognized government educational institutions within Punjab. Note that students from federal government institutions located in Punjab are also eligible, but students from federal institutions outside Punjab are not eligible.

Academic Programs: Scholarships are available for students enrolled in various educational levels, including:

• Matriculation (10th Grade)
• Intermediate (12th Grade)
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA, BSc, BBA, BCom, LLB, etc.)
• Master’s Degree (MA, MSc, MCom, MCS, MBA, MPhil, etc.)

PhD Programs

Minimum Marks Requirement: Applicants must have secured at least 40% marks in their most recent examination from a recognized board or university.

Family Income Limit: The combined monthly income of the applicant’s family should not exceed PKR 59,600.

Scholarship Amounts by Educational Level

The financial assistance provided varies depending on the level of education the student is pursuing. The scholarship amounts are as follows:

• PhD Programs: PKR 100,000 per year
• MPhil Programs: PKR 70,000 per year
• Master’s Degree Programs (MA, MSc, MCom, MCS, MBA, LLM, etc.): PKR 60,000 per year
• Bachelor’s Degree Programs (BA, BSc, BBA, BCom, LLB – 2/3-year degrees, etc.): PKR 40,000 per year
• Intermediate Programs (FA, FSc, ICom, A-Level, DAE, etc.): PKR 30,000 per year
• Matriculation/O-Level: PKR 30,000 per year

Application Process

• After completing the online application, print the form.

Attestation of the Form

The printed form must be attested by three authorities:

• Head of the Educational Institution: This attestation confirms the student’s enrollment status.
• Grade 17 or Above Government Officer: This attestation confirms the family’s income.
• Religious Leader: This attestation confirms the applicant’s religious affiliation.

Required Documents

• Along with the attested application form, applicants must upload the following documents:
• Copies of educational certificates (Matriculation, Intermediate, or higher) and equivalence certificates (if applicable).
• Copies of the Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs) of the applicant and their parents.
• Domicile Certificate of the applicant.
• A certificate from the department head in case of a gap year.
• Income certificate verified by a gazetted officer.
• Passport size photographs (3 copies).

حکومت پنجاب کا غیر مسلم طلباء کے لیے تعلیمی وظائف کا اعلان

محکمہ انسانی حقوق و اقلیتی امور، حکومت پنجاب نے 2024-2025 کے تعلیمی سال کے لیے غیر مسلم طلباء کے لیے تعلیمی وظائف کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ یہ وظائف سرکاری تعلیمی اداروں میں زیر تعلیم غیر مسلم طلباء کی مدد کے لیے دیے جائیں گے، تاکہ ان کی تعلیم کا بوجھ کم کیا جا سکے۔

اہلیت کا معیار:
غیر مسلم طلباء جو پنجاب کے سرکاری تعلیمی اداروں میں زیر تعلیم ہیں۔

میٹرک سے لے کر پی ایچ ڈی تک کے تعلیمی پروگراموں میں داخلہ۔

درخواست گزار کا آخری امتحان کم از کم 40% نمبروں کے ساتھ پاس ہونا ضروری ہے۔

خاندانی آمدنی 59,600 روپے سے زیادہ نہ ہو۔

وظائف کی رقم:
پی ایچ ڈی: 100,000 روپے سالانہ

ایم فل: 70,000 روپے سالانہ

ماسٹرز: 60,000 روپے سالانہ

بیچلر: 40,000 روپے سالانہ

میٹرک اور انٹرمیڈیٹ: 30,000 روپے سالانہ
