Tevta Free LTV HTV Driving License Course Program
Driving is a vital skill that requires proper training and education to ensure safety on the roads. However, many individuals, especially in rural areas, do not have access to quality driving instruction due to financial constraints. To address this issue, the Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (Tevta) has launched a free LTV HTV driving license course program. This initiative aims to provide free driving lessons to deserving candidates, empowering them with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive safely and responsibly.
Pakistan has one of the highest road accident rates globally, with a staggering 25,000 fatalities reported annually. One of the primary causes of these accidents is the lack of proper driving skills and knowledge among drivers. The absence of adequate training and regulations has resulted in a large number of unqualified drivers on the roads, posing a significant threat to themselves and others.
The main objective of the Tevta Free LTV HTV Driving License Course Program is to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive heavy vehicles safely and efficiently. The program aims to:
- Provide free driving lessons to deserving candidates.
- Improve road safety by educating drivers on safe driving practices.
- Reduce the number of road accidents caused by human error.
- Promote economic growth by creating job opportunities in the transport sector.
The Tevta Free LTV HTV Driving License Course Program is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Age limit: 18-35 years old.
- Educational qualification: Middle school pass.
- Geographic location: Rural areas of Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan.
How to Apply
Interested candidates can apply for the program through the Tevta website or by visiting the nearest Tevta office. They will need to provide documentation, such as their CNIC, proof of income, and educational certificates.
