Pakistan Railway 1100 Jobs 2024 NTS Recruitment Policy Announced

The Ministry of Pakistan Railway has recently announced that it is going to recruit fresh workforce in order to fulfill the available positions in Pakistan Railways so that the growing work requirements of the organization can be met. For this purpose, the application has already been forwarded to the Ministry and procedure of recruitment will began soon.

According to the initial announcement made by the official authority, the Railway management had initially requested the Ministry of Railway for recruiting 3880 individuals on the available posts but the Ministry has decided to make only 1100 new recruitment from scale 1 to 16 at the moment.

The Chief Executive Officer Jawed Anwar told media that once the recruitment procedure is approved by the Railway Ministry, the recruitment procedure will began immediately. In order to ensure that the whole selection procedure is completely transparent and the recruitment’s are made purely on the base of merit, the responsibility of conduction the written exam for this purpose has been given to National Testing Service.

In addition to this, the official committee also decided in the meeting that no current employee will be terminated from his job under rationalization policy. Instead of termination, the transfers of employees will be made between different departments in order to fulfill the workforce requirements of each one. A proper training program for all transferred employees will also be organized to make them familiar with the new work.
