How to Apply for ONIMS Admissions 2024?

• Download the Application Form from official website.
• Send your application fee (1,500/$) in person to Soneri Bank LTD. (Branch code 0313 Wattakhel Mianwali AC#. 20008848565).
• Send the Admission Form and Fee Challan along with attested copies of documents to Obaid Noor Institute for Medical Sciences (ONIMS), Canal Road, Near Jhambra Bridge in Mianwali.
• After the closing date for admissions, a test/interview will be held to determine eligibility for Pharm.D admissions.

5. Intermediate (F. Sc Pre. Medical), or equivalent certificate (A Level)

Eligibility Criteria to Apply

• Students who have completed HSSC/F.Sc (premedical examination) as a minimum education can apply for a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D).
• Students who are waiting for results can apply along with their hope certificate signed by the Head/Principal at the intermediate institution.
• Candidates who have studied in other education systems than those mentioned will only be considered if they can provide proof of satisfactory completion of a Higher Secondary School Certificate or an equivalent with at least 60% of the required education for pharmacy. D.
• The maximum age for pharmacy is 30 years. The maximum age limit for the D program is 30 years.

Admission Guidelines for Applicants

• These are the admission guidelines, with any amendments that have been made since then for ONIMS admission.
• Admissions will be determined based on merit according to the Admission Committee’s criteria.
• All Pakistani Nationals are eligible to apply for foreign candidates, as allowed by the Govt. Applicants from Pakistan can also apply.
• No region will have fixed/reserved seating.
• Each year, the student must apply again; applications from previous years will not be accepted.
• Students who are waiting for results can apply along with their hope certificate signed by the Head/Principal at the intermediate institution.
• The Pharmacy Council of Pakistan Pharm. D regulations allow ONIMS to allocate seats for children registered pharmacists, provided they do not exceed five percent (05%) annually of total admissions to students in the First Professional. ONIMS Pharmacy faculty members (S.R.O.) will receive preference 740 (I), /2005, PCP Pharma. D Regulations
• The Pharmacy Council of Pakistan Pharm. D regulations state that ONIMS will not allocate more than 2 percent (02%) of the total annual admissions to the First Professional students for nominees of partners and proprietors in the pharmaceutical industry, as defined in the Companies Ordinance 1984 (XLVII, 1984).
• Except for exceptional circumstances or as required by regulatory bodies, the admission process will be complete after the HSSC/F.Sc results have been received every year.
• After the deadline, no Admission Forms will be accepted.
• Students should verify their documents at their BISE (board for intermediate and secondary education) or apply for a NOC if they are required to be admitted by a university or board.
• Candidates claiming to be Muslim Hafiz-e-Quran must attach three (03) attested copies of the Hafiz-e-Quran certificate issued by a registered Madrassa.
• Policy dictates that additional marks may be added to the HSSC/F.Sc, or equivalent marks for a Muslim Hafiz-e-Quran.
• Students applying for additional marks based on Muslim Hafiz-e-Quran must pass the ONIMS Hafiz-e-Quran exam.
• Selected candidates will be examined by the Medical Board of Obaid Noor Institute of Medical Sciences. A candidate who is medically disqualified for reasons that cannot be recorded will not be admitted.
• Students in need of financial assistance should apply for financial aid at the time they are admitted.
