The Sister to Sister Exchange Program allows Pakistani female students to take a full-time summer semester at U.S. universities. The program aims to help prepare students, Pakistani women, for future job opportunities within Pakistan or in the United States by enabling the participation of these women in U.S. Universities Summer undergraduate programs.

Females who have completed 12 years of schooling and are currently attending a College, University, or Institute are eligible to apply. Students in the final year of their studies do not qualify for the program. The deadline for using the Sister to Sister summer exchange program is October 31, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria of  Sister to Sister Exchange Program

The applicant must be:

1. Only females are eligible to apply.
2. Minimum education 12 years of age.
3. You must be 18 to 24 years of age as of June 1 2020 (which means the applicant must have been born between June 1 1998, and 1. June 2004)
4. Should be able to demonstrate excellent English writing and reading abilities
5. Should have a solid academic record. Must score 70% or higher in all subjects over the past three years—no failing grades.
6. Students currently enrolled in a university or college plan to return to university after completing the course.
7. They are currently in their initial semester of an advanced programme or are completing a bachelor’s degree that lasts two years.
8. Must be citizens of Pakistan

11. The applicant must be able to apply for and receive a passport once she has been chosen.

How to Apply for Sister to Sister Exchange Program

The application process is available online and is open for 2024’s Summer Sisters Program in the USA.Complete an application form. Only candidates who are shortlisted will be invited to online interviews.

After passing online tests, students selected will be invited to attend a face-to-face meeting or join in discussions with others within Karachi or Islamabad.
