What is NCH?

The National Council for Homeopathy (NCH) is an autonomous organization. It oversees training and the registration of homeopathic physicians in Pakistan. It was established pursuant to the Act of 1965 that recognized of the homeopathic method of healing was accepted as a valid medical practice by The Government of Pakistan under the Unani, Ayurvedic, and Homeopathic Practitioners. There 21 members on the council. The list is comprised of four members who are registered homeopaths are chosen by province-wide government. The list of 11 members from every province with a registered and listed homeopathy is chosen as a member. Two members are chosen from the list of educators of accredited homeopathy schools.

The Federal Government is selected the 4 members in which of whom one a scientist from the related field and one Deputy Secretary (Budget), Ministry of National Health Services, Regulation and Coordination. National Council for Homeopathy is a statutory body for regularizing the homeopathic medical system and homeopathic doctors in Pakistan.
