• Minimum Second Division or CGPA 2.50/4.00 (3.50/5.00).
• Maximum 45 years of age.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Good English communication and computer skills.
• Well-groomed personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Additional merit may be given to candidates holding B.Ed., M.Ed., MPhil, or PhD (where applicable).
