PAF Roll No Slip 2026 Download Online

The wait is over! The Pakistan Air Force has officially started issuing the Roll No Slips (Registration Slips) for the 2026 Induction Batches. If you applied for GD Pilot (161), Aeronautical Engineering (107 CAE), Air Defence, or AeroTrade (Airman), your test date and time have been generated.

The PAF Roll No Slip is your entry pass. Without this document, you will not be allowed to enter the Selection Center. This guide explains how to download your slip, what to do if you face errors, and the documents you MUST bring on test day.

How to Download PAF Roll No Slip 2026?

The process is fully automated. You do not need to wait for an SMS. Follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Official Website: Go to www.joinpaf.gov.pk.
  2. Locate the Print Option: On the homepage, look for the “Print Slip” or “Registration Slip” button (usually in the red/blue menu bar).
  3. Enter CNIC: Type your CNIC Number (Identity Card) without dashes (e.g., 3520212345678).
  4. Submit: Click “Submit” or “Generate.
  5. Print Immediately: Your slip will appear on the screen. Press Ctrl + P to save it as a PDF or print it directly.

Pro Tip: If the website is slow due to high traffic (especially in the morning), try checking late at night (after 11:00 PM).

Documents Required on Test Day (Strict Policy)

You will be sent back from the gate if you are missing ANY of these original documents.

  • Printed Roll No Slip: A clear printout (Color or Black & White).
  • Original CNIC / Smart Card:
  • If you are 18+: Original CNIC (Smart Card preferred).
  • If you are Under 18: Original Smart Card (Juvenile Card) OR Original B-Form along with Father’s Original CNIC.
  • Original Educational Certificates:
  • Matric: Sanad (Certificate) + Marksheet.
  • Intermediate: Marksheet (Part 1 or Combined).
  • Hope Certificate: (If F.Sc Part 2 result is awaited).
  • Passport Size Photos: 4 recent photos with a Blue Background.
  • Domicile: Original Domicile Certificate.
  • Exam Board Challan: Some centers ask for the challan receipt (keep it safe).

Common Errors & Solutions

Error 1: “Record Not Found”

Reason: You may have entered the wrong CNIC, or your registration was rejected due to age/marks ineligibility.

Solution: Double-check the CNIC. If it persists, contact the nearest PAF Information & Selection Center.

Error 2: “Pending” Status

Reason: The system has not yet assigned a date to your batch.

Solution: Check again after 24-48 hours. Dates are assigned in phases.

Error 3: Slip Printed without Photo

Reason: Browser loading error.

Solution: Paste a recent passport-size photograph on the slip in the designated box manually. It is accepted.

Important Instructions for Test Day

  • Reporting Time: Arrive at the center 30 minutes before the time listed on your slip (usually 07:00 AM).
  • Dress Code:
  • Males: Formal Pants/Shirt or Shalwar Kameez (with Waistcoat/Shoes). No Slippers/Shorts.
  • Females: Decent Shalwar Kameez with Dupatta.
  • Prohibited Items: Mobile Phones, Smart Watches, USBs, and Calculators are NOT allowed inside the hall.

Q: Can I show the slip on my mobile?
A: No. A Hard Copy (Printout) is mandatory. The staff needs to stamp and sign it.

Q: I lost my slip. Can I download it again?
A: Yes! You can download it as many times as you want from the website using your CNIC.

Q: My name spelling is wrong on the slip. What should I do?
A: Don’t worry. Go to the test center on the scheduled date and inform the Selection Officer. They will correct it in the system before the test.

Q: Is the test date changeable?
A: Usually, No. However, in extreme medical emergencies, if you visit the center before the date, the Selection Officer might accommodate you in a later batch, but this is rare.
