Faqs

Q: My friend received the call letter, but I didn’t. Why?
A: ISSB calls are sent in batches based on Merit Order and Center Capacity. A high scorer in the initial test gets the call first. Lower merit candidates are called in later batches.

Q: Can I change my ISSB Test Date?
A: No. Dates are computer-generated and strictly non-changeable except for extreme medical emergencies (proof required).

Q: What if I have COVID-19 or any illness on the test date?
A: Do NOT report to the center. Fax your Medical Certificate to the ISSB center immediately. They may reschedule you for the next batch.

Q: Is the cell phone allowed in ISSB?
A: No. Mobile phones, smartwatches, and electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated at the reception.
