Eligibility Requirements to Apply for SBP Director Jobs

Education:

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (with a minimum of 16 years of education) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration from a HEC-recognized university or a reputable foreign university is required.
• The preference will go to candidates who have a thorough understanding of both domestic and foreign legal and regulatory frameworks, as well as any necessary qualifications in the field of digital financial services.

Age:

• 50 years or older (as of the final date applications were accepted and as recorded in CNIC).
• If you have additional relevant experience or credentials, you may be able to relax the requirements.

Experience:

• As of the deadline for application submission, the applicant must have at least 15 years of experience in the field of digital financial services, including at least 4 years in senior management.

The following job experience is preferred for candidates:

• Working with an international multilateral organization, a global multinational organization, or a foreign central bank or monetary authority in the field of digital financial services.
• Working on infrastructure projects for large-scale, countrywide digital payments and financial services.
• Creation of frameworks for law and regulation pertaining to digital financial services.
• Knowledge of international payments and settlements.
