Join Pak Army for Girls 2026 as Lieutenant, AFNS & Captain Complete Guide

The Pakistan Army offers prestigious career opportunities for females, allowing them to serve the nation as Commissioned Officers. While traditionally male-dominated, the Army now inducts women in multiple corps, including Medical, Engineering, IT, Law, and Nursing.

Gone are the days when the military was considered a “Men-Only” profession. Today, the Pakistan Army stands as a beacon of women’s empowerment, offering females the chance to serve not just in medical fields but as Combat Support Officers in Engineering, IT, Signals, and Aviation.

Joining the Army is not just a job; it is a lifestyle of dignity, discipline, and unparalleled patriotism. For girls in Pakistan, the pathway to wearing the Khaki uniform is distinct and highly professional. Technically, No. There is no “Female Soldier” or “Female Sepoy” recruitment in the Pakistan Army.

  • The Path: If you are a Matric student, you must complete your F.Sc Pre-Medical.

  • The Goal: Aim for high marks (80%+) in Matric to secure admission in F.Sc, then apply for AFNS (Nursing) or study hard to become an Engineer/Doctor to join via LCC/GDMO later.
