The STEM Careers Program is an initiative of the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan and the Pakistan Institute of Engineering & Applied Sciences (PIEAS). International Science Olympiads (ISOs) provide opportunities for students to compete in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). In 2025-26, the 22nd National Science Talent Contest (NSTC-22) will begin the selection process. What is the STEM Careers Program?

The STEM Careers Program identifies and trains talented Pakistani students for participation in the prestigious International Science Olympiads (ISOs). Successful students receive expert coaching and fully funded opportunities to represent Pakistan on global platforms.

How to Apply for Stem Career Program Science Olympiad Test 2025?

Follow these steps to apply online for NSTC-22

1. Visit the Official Website: www.stem.edu.pk
2. Click on ‘Apply Now’ under the NSTC-22 section.
3. Register an Account: Enter basic details like name, email, and CNIC/B-Form.
4. Fill the Application Form: Provide educational details and select preferred Olympiad subjects.
5. Upload Documents: Attach scanned copies of CNIC/B-Form, recent educational certificates, and passport-size photograph.
6. Submit the Application & Pay Fee: Complete the process and note the registration number.

Once selected, students undergo rigorous training to prepare for the International Olympiads. The training includes:

Cash Prizes & Academic Benefits

• Gold Medal: Rs. 500,000
• Silver Medal: Rs. 250,000

• Top 500 students in each subject receive participation certificates.
• Direct Admission to PIEAS BS Programs (Olympiad team members are exempt from entrance tests).

Fee Structure

The NSTC-22 application and participation are fully funded, meaning there is no application or tuition fee. Selected students will also receive free training from local and international experts.

STEM Science Olympiad Entry Test Result 2025

The STEM Careers Program Science Olympiad Entry Test Result 2025 will be announced after the screening test, which is scheduled to be held in June 2025 across 19 major cities in Pakistan. Students who appeared in the test can check their results on the official STEM website (www.stem.edu.pk) using their registration details. The shortlisted candidates will be invited for intensive training camps before the final selection for the International Science Olympiads 2026. Top performers will receive certificates, cash prizes, and opportunities for global exposure.

Shortlist for Training Camps

On the basis of their performance in the Screening Test, the top 50 students are invited to a fully residential training camp for one week. This number is gradually narrowed down to 4-6 best students in each of these subjects through the grooming/selection process.
