Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif launched the Punjab Dhee Rani Programme to assist underprivileged families in fulfilling their socio-religious obligations of marriage in a dignified manner. A minimum of 15,00 deserving families, including orphans and destitute young women, will be supported by the program.The online registration for 2nd Phase of Punjab Dhee Rani Program 2025 is started now.

The Punjab Dhee Rani Programme has begun accepting applications for the second phase following the successful completion of the first phase, in which 1,500 women were married. The district office of the Deputy Director of Social Welfare has both online and in-person applications available via the official portal (www.cmp.punjab.gov.pk). Applicants are also assisted by a dedicated helpline (1312). Newlywed couples receive Rs100,000 per couple via ATM cards, along with essential household items such as furniture, clothing, and other necessities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Girls aged between 18 to 40 years who are destitute, orphaned, persons with disabilities (PWDs), or daughters of PWDs.
• The applicant can be the bride herself or her father, mother, or guardian.
• Applicants must be domiciled in Punjab.
• In case of more applications than available slots, selection will be made through electronic balloting.
• An affidavit confirming the bride’s unmarried status and willingness to participate in the collective wedding ceremony is required.

Benefits Provided

• Each bride will receive gifts worth PKR 206,000, including items such as the Holy Quran, prayer mat, a wooden double bed with mattress, mirror, dinner set, and more.
• A monetary gift of PKR 100,000 will be provided to each bride through an ATM card.
• The program will organize collective wedding events across Punjab, facilitating the marriages of 3,000 underprivileged girls.

How to Apply Online for Punjab Dhee Rani Scheme 2025

• First, open the official web portal through the given link https://cmp.punjab.gov.pk/register.
• After the portal opens, create your account by clicking on the “Register” button on the right side.
• And if you already have an account, log in by entering your username and password.
• After logging in, the registration form will appear in front of you, which will consist of a total of six sections.
• In the first section, enter the complete information of the bride; in the second, the details of the parents; in the third, the information of the groom; and in the fourth, the details of the groom’s parents.
• In the fifth section, upload the soft copies of the required documents, and finally, complete the affidavit and submit your application.
