The International Islamic University, Islamabad is offering distance education programs in semester Spring 2024 for which it has instructed all the interested individuals to apply now. For this, the candidates can obtain the prospectus along with the application form from the branches of Habib Bank Limited and Allied Bank Limited branches located in various cities or can be downloaded online from the IIU Islamabad official website. The duly filled form along with all required documents must reach the relevant department till September 2024.

For the first time, the university has decided to offer admission in the programs of M.A (Education), M.A (Pakistan Studies) and M.Ed through distance education mode. The reason behind offering the distance education mode is because of its vast benefits and effectiveness equal to the face to face teaching A large number of educational institutes around the globe are offering distance learning programs and now International Islamic University Islamabad has also decided to take this step in order to provide education to individuals who live in areas from where coming for regular classes at the university is not possible.

To become eligible for seeking admission in any offered program, a certain eligibility criterion about the previous qualification needs to be fulfilled which is given below.

• A (Education): B.Sc/BA or equivalent degree with minimum 50% marks or CGPA 2.00
• A (Pak Studies): BA/B.Sc or equivalent degree with minimum 50% marks or CGPA 2.00
• Ed: B.Ed / BS.Ed or equivalent with minimum 50% or 2.00 CGPA.
