Physical Requirement

• Running: For males under 35, a mile takes 10 minutes.
• Running: For females and males older than 35, a mile takes 12 minutes.
• Sits-Ups & Push-Ups: 25 pushups and situps per minute (only for men)
• Height: 5 feet 4 inches, with the exception of DERT Rescuers, who must be at least 5 feet tall.
