The STS Candidate Portal is an official online platform developed by SIBA Testing Services (STS) to facilitate job applicants and test candidates. Candidates who wish to apply for Sindh Police jobs, government vacancies, or scholarship tests conducted by STS must register on this portal. STS BPS 5 to BPS 15 Jobs

The Government of Sindh is seeking to fill vacant positions ranging from BPS-05 to BPS-15 that require a matriculation qualification, in line with recruitment rules for various government departments. To facilitate the selection process, the SIBA Testing Services (STS) will conduct initial screening tests, as per the criteria approved by the Provincial Cabinet on 24-12-2019. These screening tests are designed to assess candidates’ eligibility for the available positions, ensuring that only the most qualified individuals are selected. The  percentage for the screening test will be 40%, and the test results will remain valid for a period of three years. Once the written tests are completed, candidates who pass will be called for interviews, which will be conducted by the concerned Departmental Selection Committees under Rule-5 (1) of the Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion, and Transfer) Rules, 1974. Interviews will be conducted in line with the notification No. SORI(SGA&CD) 3-76/2019, dated, issued by the Government of Sindh.

Matriculation Category Last Date

The screening tests will be held at divisional headquarters, and the age requirement for applicants is between 18 and 30 years, calculated on the closing date of applications. The final last date to apply for these positions is 31st March 2025, and candidates are encouraged to submit their applications online through the official STS portal.

Category: Matriculation

Minimum Qualification: 10 years of education from any Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education.

Age: 18-30 years.

Eligibility: Interested candidates having domicile in Sindh Province can submit online applications at the STS portal: http://apply.sts.net.pk.

Documents: Candidates must upload the following scanned documents:

CNIC, Domicile, PRC-D, recent photograph.

Candidates with disabilities must upload CNIC having wheelchair logo issued by NADRA.

Application Fee: After completing the online application, candidates can download a system-generated challan of Rs. 1500 (Rupees Fifteen Hundred Only). The fee can be paid at any ABL Bank Ltd branch or via the MyABL app, or through the internet banking portal of any 18-Bill linked bank (non-refundable).

False Information: Providing fictitious, exaggerated, or misleading information will result in the rejection of the application and may lead to termination of employment at any stage.

Age Relaxation: General age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of Sindh rules.

Quotas: Gender, disability, and minority quotas will be observed as per Government of Sindh rules.

TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the tests.

Previous Applicants: Candidates who previously applied under the Matriculation Category do not need to reapply, as their applications will be automatically considered for this test.

• Fill in the Application Form: Provide your personal, educational, and professional details.

How Do I Recover My STS Old Account?

If you have forgotten your STS login credentials or need to recover your old account, follow these steps:

• Go to the STS Login Page at apply.sts.net.pk.
• Click on “Forgot Password” below the login section.
• Enter Your CNIC Number and Registered Email: Provide the details you used during registration.
• Follow the Instructions Sent to Your Email: STS will send a password reset link to your registered email.
• Reset Your Password: Click the link and create a new password.
