The Merit Scholarship Scheme 2023 has been officially unveiled by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP). Children of current and former OG-2 level Stat Bank workers are eligible for Merit awards based on their academic achievement and potential. Students with shown financial need who are pursuing postsecondary education at the intermediate, graduate, or postgraduate levels will be considered for funding from the State Bank of Pakistan.
The scholarship is open to students of any major who are enrolled in a degree program of at least 6 months’ duration (including Intermediate, Graduation, Post-Graduate, and Diploma programs). Government of Pakistan SBP Merit Scholarship
For, children of SBP employees, retired employees, or deceased employees (OG Level 2) who have completed any examination with a minimum B grade. Or, scored a minimum of 60% in any subject are eligible for this scholarship (Matriculation, Intermediate, Graduation, or diploma courses).
In the event of GPA/CGPA grades, the student must present a certificate from the appropriate school. With, outlining the institution’s grading policy with equal percentage marks.
Firstly, the candidate must have enrollment in an academic institution during or after the year 2020.
Secondly, the student cannot receive a scholarship from any other organization.
Thirdly, the course duration must include on the application form.
Also, the minimum length of diploma programs must be six months.
