جب انسان کے دلی قویٰ کی تحریک سست ہو جاتی ہے۔ اور وہ کام میں نہیں لائی جاتی تو انسان اپنی حیوانی خصلت میں پڑ جاتا ہے اور جسمانی مشقت میں مشغول ہو جاتا ہے۔ اس طرح وہ اپنی انسانی صفت کو کھو کر سخت کاہل اور وحشی ہو جاتا ہے۔
