About Punjab Educational Endowment Fund 

The Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) was established in 2008 under the leadership of the then Chief Minister of Punjab, Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif. The core objective of PEEF is to promote human capital development by providing financial assistance to talented students who cannot afford educational expenses.

Since its inception, PEEF has awarded hundreds of thousands of scholarships to students across Punjab, covering public and private sector institutions and ensuring transparency through a merit- and need-based selection system.

Eligibility Criteria – PEEF Minority Scholarship 2026

For Intermediate & Graduation Level

Applicants must fulfill all of the following:

• Punjab domicile (any district)
• Belong to a recognized minority community
• Passed SSC or HSSC examination in 2025
• Minimum 60% marks (First Division / Grade B)
• Parents’ monthly income not exceeding PKR 35,000
• Enrolled in a recognized educational institution
• Not receiving any other scholarship

For Master’s Level

• Punjab domicile
• Minimum 60% marks or CGPA 2.5 in graduation
• Parents’ monthly income not exceeding PKR 40,000
• Full-time enrollment in a partner university
• Not availing any other scholarship during the academic year

Ineligibility Criteria

Students are not eligible if they:

• Already hold MA / MSc / MS / MPhil or higher degrees
• Passed exams through supplementary or improvement attempts
• Passed with grace marks
• Are receiving Prime Minister Fee Reimbursement or any other government scholarship
• Submit incomplete or late applications
