Pak Navy Registration Slip 2026 Download (Roll No Slip)

The Pakistan Navy has officially released the Registration Slips (Roll Number Slips) for the 2026 Recruitment Batches. Candidates who applied for Sailor (Marine/Tech) Batch A-2026 and Short Service Commission (SSC 2026-A) can now download their slips online.

The registration slip is your “Entry Pass” for the test. It contains your Test Date, Time, and Selection Center (PNR&SC). Without this printed slip, you will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.

How to Download Pak Navy Registration Slip?

Follow these simple steps to get your slip via CNIC:

Visit Official Portal: Go to the slip generation page at www.joinpaknavy.gov.pk.

Enter CNIC: Type your CNIC Number (e.g., 37405-1234567-1) without dashes.

Note: If you applied for Sailor, ensure you are in the “Sailor” tab.

Click Submit: Press the “Check Status” or “Submit” button.

Print: Your slip will appear on the screen with your Photo and Test details. Press Ctrl + P to print it.

“Pending” vs “Shortlisted” Status

Many students get confused by the status shown on the website. Here is what it means:

Application Status “Confirmed”: Your form is submitted, but the test date is not yet assigned. Wait for 48-72 hours.

Result “Pending”: This means you have successfully registered, but the PNR&SC is currently scheduling your exam. Keep checking daily.

“Shortlisted”: This appears after you pass the test. It means you are selected for the Interview/Medical.

Documents Required on Test Day

You must carry the following Original Documents to the Selection Center:

Printed Registration Slip: The one you downloaded above.

Original CNIC: Smart Card or B-Form (for under 18) with Father’s CNIC.

Educational Certificates: Original Matric / F.Sc / BS Marksheets.

Domicile: Original Domicile certificate.

Postal Order: A crossed postal order of Rs. 100 (for Sailors) or Rs. 200 (for Officers) in favor of the Director of Recruitment, NHQ.

Photos: 2 x Passport size photographs.

Q: My slip is not showing my photo. Is it valid?
A: Yes. Sometimes due to server load, the photo doesn’t load. You can paste a passport-size photo on the printed slip manually; it is accepted.

Q: Can I change my Test Date or Center?
A: No, the test center selected during registration is final. However, in extreme medical emergencies, you can visit the PNR&SC in person to request a date change (subject to approval).

Q: I lost my slip. Can I download it again?
A: Yes, you can download the slip as many times as you want by entering your CNIC on the official website.

Q: What is the syllabus for the Sailor A-2026 Test?
