vii. Provisions of CrPC 1898, related to enforcement and regulatory functions (Chapter VIII, Chapter X, Chapter XIII, Chapter XIV, and XXII)

B) General Knowledge & English Language Comprehension: 45%

i. General Understanding of Geography of Punjab (location and boundaries, topography and physical features, climate and weather patterns, soil and vegetation, agriculture and natural resources, demographic and economic features, and environmental issues).
ii. Cultural history of Punjab (cultural influence of Muslim rule on Punjab, impact of Sikh and Colonial period on Punjab’s culture).
iii. Governance history of Punjab (Punjab during British Raj and post-partition governance in Punjab, including the role of local governments).
iv. Driving skills (theory: traffic signs, road safety, etc.).
v. English Language Comprehension (Synonyms, Antonyms, Sentence Correction, Sentence Completion, one-word substitution, and Idioms).

C) Knowledge of ICTs: 25%

i. Use of Mobile Apps in general.
ii. Use of AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Meta AI, etc.).
iii. Use of ICTs in governance (e.g., MS Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
iv. Punjab Government Digital Services/Apps.
