OTS Application Forms:

The candidates who fulfill the criteria and are interested to join Provincial Assembly Punjab must download online Bank Challan and Application forms here. Candidates submit challan in any online branch and send forms to OTS headquarter before the closing date. Submit the application form along with paid slip before the closing date. OTS Roll Number Slips

The applicants who submit complete forms before the closing date and are eligible for the written tests can download their roll number slips online here. OTS accepts the forms review forms and announces the test schedule and roll number slips of eligible candidates. Applicants must download OTS Roll Number Slip before the test date. Without Roll, No-Slip candidates are not able to participate in the written test.

OTS Written Test Result

The candidates who appear in the written test which held under the supervision of OTS on announcing the date. Now candidates are waiting for their results for further process. Also here we provide the answer key of the written test and the result of candidates who appear in the written test when the OTS is officially announced. Applicants who appear in the test and pass the test with good marks can also check the final merit list of selected candidates on this page.

• OTS will not be responsible for late receipt of applications sent through post or by any other service.
