UHS MDCAT Entry Test 2024 Registration Form

1. Take MDCAT Online Registration Form is a necessary step for all students who want to take the Medical College Admission Test (MDCAT). The form can be found on the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) website.
2. To complete the form, students must provide their fundamental personal information, such as their name, address, date of birth, and educational qualifications. They must also upload scanned copies of their CNIC, passport-size photo, and matriculation and intermediate certificates.
3. The application cost for the MDCAT is Rs. 2,000. The fee can be paid online using a credit card or a debit card.
4. After submitting the form and paying the fee, students will receive an email confirmation. The email will include a link to download their Admit Card.

MDCAT USH Admittance Card 

The Admit Card is a critical document and must be brought to the MDCAT exam. The Admit Card will contain the student’s roll number, examination center, and other crucial information.

• After submitting the online registration form for MDCAT 2024, the candidate or their representative must visit the nearest branch of the bank during banking hours, along with the print-out of the application form. The bank will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
• The bank official will stamp the application form on submission of the MDCAT fee of Rs.6000/- (non-refundable). The “candidate’s copy” form will then be returned to the candidate or their representative.
• Within 72 hours of fee submission, the candidate will receive their Admit Card, bearing their roll number and examination center, via attachment at their mobile number and E-mail ID.
• The candidate is advised to download and take a printout of this Admit Card.

The University of Health Science’s Medical and Dental College Admission Test takes place in Pakistan annually for Intermediate Students. After 12th-standard Education, the MDCAT requires four compulsory subjects. The four compulsory subjects are English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. How to Apply For UHS MDCAT Entry Test 2024 Registration?

1. Please carefully review the Prospectus for Session 2024-24, which is available on the UHS website (www.uhs.edu.pk). To begin the admission process for Government Medical and Dental Colleges, please visit the Online Admission Portal on the same website.
2. To create an account, you will need to provide your Name, Father/Guardian Name, Email ID, and a Password.
3. Once you have created an account, indicate your preference for the MBBS and BDS programs. You can choose either MBBS or BDS, or both. If you select both programs, please specify your preference for each.
4. After selecting a program, choose the category or categories of seats you wish to apply for. Fill in your personal details on the application form, including your name, domicile, contact information, address, nationality, gender, and date of birth.
5. Next, enter your qualification details, such as your SSC and HSSC marks, year of passing, subjects/study group, etc. Provide information about your MDCAT or other admission test scores.
6. You will then need to determine the order of preference for medical and/or dental colleges. You can select as many colleges as you wish, depending on the seat category. Please note that once the submission deadline has passed, the number and order of preference will be final and cannot be changed. Colleges not included in your preference list will not be considered for admission.
7. Upload scanned documents, ensuring that each document is within a maximum size of 2 MB, as specified in the advertisement published in national newspapers also available on UHS website: www.uhs.edu.pk).
8. Before submitting your application, please read and acknowledge the Undertaking/Affidavit. Verify all the provided information and attachments.
9. Once you have reviewed everything, submit the online application. You will receive a confirmation notification via your email address and primary mobile number. It is important to download and print both the submitted application and the bank Challan for the processing fee.
10. To complete the admission process, visit the nearest branch of The Bank of Punjab (BOP) with the fee Challan to deposit the non-refundable Admission Processing Fee of Rs. 2,000 per program. Please note that alternative methods of fee payment may also be available.
11. Your application will be processed and you will be notified of the status of your application via email.
