Funding for refugee students from Azad Kashmir, Jammu, and Kashmir has been announced by the Ministry of Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baltistan. Students who are nationals of AJ&K or who are J&K refugees and who have been nominated by this Ministry, the Secretary of the Nomination Board in AJ&K, or who have gained admission to a recognized educational institution in Pakistan or AJ&K on the basis of merit alone can apply for new stipends by filling out the appropriate forms. The application form must be accompanied with notarized copies of the applicant’s State Subject Certificate/Domicile/Marks Sheets, NCC Certificate, etc. Only those applicants who scored at least 50% on the most recent exam will be considered for a stipend award. Applications that are missing required information, are postmarked after the deadline, or contain any sort of error will be automatically disqualified. Furthermore, if the applicant is found to have falsified any information on the application or supporting documentation, the applicant would be disqualified from receiving any awards.

Authorities will check certificates, such as transcripts and proof of residency, to ensure their authenticity. Those who are implicated in forgeries will face consequences. Previous recipients of stipends are exempt from submitting a new application. The renewal of their stipends is contingent upon their individual universities providing proof of continued advancement. How to Apply for Kana Scholarship for AJK and Kashmir 2023
