• 1.6 kilometers run in 9 minutes
• Ten repetitions of sit-ups in two minutes
• Ten repetitions of pushups in two minutes
• Two repeats of Chin-ups in 2 minutes

• Crossed postal order for Rs. 100.00 to Director General Personnel Administration (DGPA), GHQ Rawalpindi

Physical Measurement

• As Captain 2024 in the Pak Army, you must take a physical measurement.
• Male candidates must be at least 5’4″ (162.5cm) tall
• Female candidates must be at least 5 feet tall (152.4 cm).
