Eligibility Criteria to Apply

Anyone who is not married and has a minimum age between 25 and 28 years old is eligible for application. However, those who already work within the government department can apply in the right way to become educators. Candidates who have a bachelor’s degree or higher in maths, English, and Physics can apply for the post. However, the preference will be given to those who have an MA or MSc in Physics, English, and mathematics.

• English students with 45 percent marks or less than 2nd division marks for English are eligible for this job.
• Physics: Students with a minimum 2nd Division Bsc Physics are eligible to apply for this position.
• Mathematics: Students who have BSc Mathematics 2nd Division, or marks of 45% or more, and one of these combinations can be eligible for this announced post.

Eligibility Criteria for Rural Areas

• Nationality: Male Pakistan Nationals
• Marital Status: Married / Unmarried
• Age: 16-22 years
• Height: 163 cm

Criteria for Balochi/KPK/FATA Domiciled Candidates

Balochi citizens are eligible to apply for all categories of airmen who are part of the whole Balochistan Province. They must have 45 percent marks in Matric and 33 percentage points in English subjects.

Education Qualification

• Matric Qualified Elective Science with 50% marks overall and 33 percentage marks (50 or more) from 150) in English.
• Candidates can only be eligible in the Aero Support pay scale ‘C and must have the highest score in one of the above subjects.
• But, they can be tested and registered for the position of Aero Support that has passed with a star only in one of the other subject areas (Biology, Urdu, Pak Studies, Islamic Studies, etc).
• Matric-qualified candidates can work for Aero Support only from approved rural areas with 50 percent aggregate marks and have scored 33 percent marks in English subjects.

Selection Process

The candidates (along with the original certificates, detailed marks certificates, four attested passport size photographs, and Computerized National Identity Card or computerized Form ‘B’) will report at PAF I&S Centers for registration/verification of their academic testimonials/documents. The selection process follows this path:

• Belief Rationalization Test
• Interview
• Final Merit List

Ineligibility Criteria

1. Candidates unable to qualify for initial tests or final merit list thrice for induction of airmen
2. Candidates who have concealed or provided any incorrect information at the time of registration 
3. Declared permanently unfit on medical grounds for Defense Forces
4. Candidates with dual registration at the same or different I & SC for one entry
