Sir,

I would like to request you to bring the bad arrangements of “City Towns” buses through your newspaper to the higher authorities of my town.

The buses are almost always overloaded. There are stops but it is on the driver to stop the bus wherever he likes. The speed of the buses is too slow to reach in time. A passenger is like a prisoner who allows the pickpockets to take away his money without any danger.

• I would like to make some suggestions for comfortable and smooth running of the buses.
•     Buses should run in time so that the passengers may reach their destinations in time.
•     There should be a large number of buses on all the main routes.
•     Defective buses should be repaired.
•     The conductors should try to catch pickpockets and hand them over to the police.

I hope that the bus company will look into the matter and make possible efforts to solve the problems of the passengers of the town.

•     Police or security staff should be available to control pickpockets.

I humbly suggest the following improvements:

•     Increase the number of buses on major routes during peak hours.
•     Ensure proper maintenance of old buses.
•     Train staff to be punctual, polite, and responsible.
•     Assign transport inspectors to keep check on pickpockets and enforce safety.
