I respectfully say that I was a student of your school in 2011-2012. My roll number was 232. I went to Peshawar to visit my father. One day, while I was walking, a boy on a fast motorcycle hit me while trying to save a dog. My leg got broken, and I was taken to the hospital.

Because of this accident, I could not come to school, and my name was removed. Now I am healthy and can walk properly.

I request you to kindly allow me readmission so I can continue my studies. I promise to be regular in the future.
