Punjab Examination Commission PEC was issued its Roll number slips 1 week ago from the Exams commencement this year as they issue before all years. Rawalpindi Board Attock Board Chakwal Board Jhelum Board 5th class exams were held in the month of February.

Punjab Examination Commission issues roll numbers and sends to the districts for verification. After verification and changes made by the districts PEC issues final Roll Number Slips to each district which are delivered to schools and private candidates. PEC does not register any student in any case. Registration is done only by district education departments.

Punjab Examination Commission is an autonomous body set up by the Government of the Punjab to assess and examine students’ learning achievements particularly of grade 5. PEC started functioning in 2005 and in 2006 conducted 5th grade population examination for the first time in the Province. Now PEC is a statutory body working under Punjab Examination Commission Act 11 of 2010.
