As per announcement of the government of Sindh, the Shaheed Benazir Bhutto housing scheme 2024 draw result is going to take place. This is an outstanding welfare scheme through which the Sindh government is going to allot 50,000 plots of 120 sq. yd among low income families free of cost.

This is the second draw of plots distribution as the Chief Minister of Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah had distributed 27,500 plots in 2024 through computerized balloting in 8 districts if Sindh including Karachi, Jamshoro, Dadu, Thatta, Hyderabad, Tando Muhammad Khan, Khairpur and Mirpurkhas.

According to the Benazir Bhutto housing scheme, the Sindh government will distribute 50,000 plots among poor residence of 23 districts in province. The whole development expenditure of plots will be neared by the Sindh government and all kind of basic facilities like water supply, Sui Gas, sewerage and electricity will be provided.

There were some certain conditions that every candidate had to fulfill to become eligible for the scheme. The combined income of whole family should be maximum Rs.10000 and the applicant has to be the permanent resident of Sindh. As the number of applications received was much higher than the number of plots available, so the government used a balloting method for the allotment of plots on random basis.
