Sugar Industry Graduate Training Program NTS Test 2024 Preparation Online

One of the leading and technologically advanced sugar mills currently operating in Pakistan has invited applications from energetic, motivated and high performance graduates who are interested in joining the organization in various divisions under graduate training program. For this purpose, the application forms can be downloaded online from the official website of National Testing Service (NTS) which must be submitted at NTS Headquarter till 3rd September, 2024.

Once the application form submission process will be completed, NTS will conduct a written test which will be required to pass by all the candidates in order to become eligible for these available jobs. Fresh B.E. or B.Sc Engineers in the field of Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Metallurgy, Electrical and Instrumentation & Control from HEC recognized institution.

Graduate Chemists:
Fresh M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry from institution recognized by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC).

Graduate Agri Officers:
Fresh M.Sc/B.Sc Agricultural Engineering from HEC recognized institution.

Graduate Management Officer:
Fresh MBS in Finance/HR/IT/Supply Chain, MPA/LLB and MCS from a HEC recognized institutions.

The candidates who posses the required qualification in their relevant field, will then have to appear in a written test held under the supervision of National Testing Service (NTS). The responsibility of conducting the test has been given to NTS in order to make the selection procedure fair and transparent as well as to ensure that only the most talented applicants are able to filter through the selection procedure.

The written test will consist of MCQ’s out of which 50% will be post related, 20% English, 15% Analytical Reasoning and 15% Quantitative. Along with this, a Psychological test of half hour duration, covering the 4 to 5 personality traits ares will also be conducted after the written test on same day.
