Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Sahiwal is the authorized education control government body in the Sahiwal Division. It was established in 2012 in order to tackle the educational needs of Sahiwal, Okara and Vehari districts. Previously, the Vehari and Sahiwal districts were included in the jurisdiction of BISE Multan while Okara district was under the authority of BISE Lahore. As these areas are quite vast which made it quite difficult to manage them, so the need of a new board was felt which led to the creation of Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Sahiwal.

According to the expected schedule, the BISE Sahiwal board will announce the date sheets of 11th and 12th class annual examination 2024 in the mid of April while the roll no. slips will be issued during the last week of April.
