General Terms and Conditions

• All applicants are advised to mention the name of the post and district on the envelope and application form.
• A separate application for each post and district should be submitted.
• Any application received after the deadline shall not be considered. Proof of posting will not be considered as proof of delivery.
• Terms and conditions of employment will be governed under PTEVTA Service Regulations.
• Candidates already working in Federal/ Provincial /Semi-Government /autonomous bodies should apply through the proper channel.
• No age relaxation shall be given to any candidate. Female Candidates are encouraged to apply.
• The quota for disabled and minorities will be observed as per the Govt Policy.
• Application not supported with relevant documents received through emails or after the due date shall not be entertained.
• Only Shortlisted candidates shall be called for test/interview.
• No TA/DA shall be given for Test/Interview.
• Appointment shall be subject to Health Fitness certificates duly issued by the medical Board of the Govt Hospital of Concerned District.
• PTEVTA reserves the rights to increase/ decrease the number of posts/ not to fill in any post/withhold the appointment against any advertised post.
