The Thar Coal and Energy Board (TCEB) has been established by the government of Sindh for the sake of fast tracking the development of large coal resources of Thar. TCEB acts as one stop organization on behalf of all Ministries, Departments and agencies of the GOP and GOS in the matters relating to approval of the Projects for Coal Mining in Thar and for coal fired Power generation plants or for other uses of Thar Coal.
