Experience With 15 years’ teaching / research experience in HEC recognized university or a post-graduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a national or international organization or as notified by HEC from time to time. Must have minimum 15 research publications with at least 05 publications in last five years in HEC recognized journals. OR 10 years’ post-PhD teaching/research experience in HEC recognized university or a post-graduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a national or international organization.

Instructions:

• *The eligibility criteria for the faculty positions can be viewed at SMI University’s websites: smiu.edu.pk or HEC’s website www.hec.gov.pk
• Those candidates who had applied earlier for the administrative positions, from Serial No 06 to 09, and secured required threshold i.e. 60% overall marks and 50% marks in descriptive part of the test, conducted by the NTS on 3rd March 2025, do not need to apply again as they have already qualified for the interview.
• The interested candidates are advised to fill online form available at SMIU Website and send printout of the same along with latest CV, copy of CNIC, two passport size photographs, attested copies of educational certificates / degrees, experience letters / documents and domicile.
• The candidates applying for the positions from Sr# 06 to 11 in administrative positions are required to send Demand draft/Pay Order (original) of Rs. 600/- in favor of “SMI University, Karachi” as fee for appearing in NTS test as per statutory rules of Sindh Madressatul Islam University, Karachi
• The applications should reach at “Directorate of HRM, Sindh Madressatul Islam University, Aiwan-e-Tijarat Road, Karachi – 74000” latest by Monday, 8th April 2025.
• The SMIU retains the right to withdraw, modify, reduce or increase any or all the posts. Please clearly mention the “Position” applied for on the top of the envelope.
