Punjab Health Facilities Management Company(PHFMC) is a non-profit company set up Under section 42 of the companies ordinance 1984, under the administrative control of P&SHC Department. PHFMC is presently managing first level Health Facilities such as basic Health Units(BHUs) Zila Council Dispensaries(ZCDs) and Rural Health Centers(RHCs).The Hiring is being conducted for 20 districts of Punjab namely, Rahim Yar Khan, Chakwal, Vehari, Lahore,  Faisalabad, Sahiwal, Kasur, Mianwali, T.T.Singh, Lodhran, Hafizabad, Pakpatan, D.G.Khan,       Rajanpur, Muzaffargarh, Bahwalpur, Bahawalnagar, Gujrat, Okara and Multan.

The main task of the PHIMC is to execute social health protection initiatives, demand side financing schemes including pro-poor health insurance schemes and collaboration with private sector to provide universal health coverage.

Following staff is urgently required for operations in various district offices of PHFMC as per detail given below.

• District Managers
• Deputy District Manager
• Assistant Manager Monitoring
• Monitoring Executive

General Terms and Conditions:-

• The Above positions are offered on contract basis under the contract appointment policy 2004 of the Government of the Punjab
• The Provincial quotas shall be applicable for the above mentioned posts@ 15% for Women,5% for minority and 3% for disabled persons.

Procedure for submission of application Forms:-

• All Government Employees are eligible to apply through proper channel.
• In case a candidate wishes to apply for more than one,he/she must submit separate application form for each post.
• Candidates can download application form from national testing service website along with the deposit slip of Rs.500/-
• Candidate shall submit dully filled application form along with deposit slip of prescribed fee in favor of NTS copy of CNIC and 2 passport size photographs.
• Test Fee shall be paid in any branch of HBL,MCB or ABL on prescribed bank challan.
• Incomplete application or received after close of offices hours on the last date for submission of application not be entertained
• Roll no slips shall be separately dispatched directly to candidate by NTS at least one week before the test.
• In case of large number of candidates qualifying NTS test primary & secondary healthcare department reserve right to decide upon any threshold marks/ratio of candidates vis-a-vis post to be further candidates in the recruitment process/interview.
• The shortlist candidates shall be called for final interview.
• Separate test if required/interview call and information will be made to the eligible/shortlisted candidates.
• Department has the right to accept/reject or cancel any application or recruitment process.
• No.of vacancies can be increased or decreased at any application or recruitment process.
