• Matric with Science along with 02 years diploma/training certificate of vaccinator course approved from Punjab medical facility or same registered institute.
• Age must be between 18 to 30 years as well.

General Terms and Conditions:-

• The above positions are offered on contract basis under the contract appointment policy 2004 of the government Punjab.
• The Provincial quotas shall be applicable for the above mentioned posts @15% for women,5% for minority and 3 % for disabled persons.
• The maximum age as mentioned in above schedule shall be raised by 10 years for disabled person to be appointed against quota for disabled.
• No TA/DA shall be given for test or interview as well.
• Incomplete application shall be rejected forthwith.
