The Pakistan Air Force has just offered commission in 118 Non GD Course for which the registration process has begun. All the interested individuals who want to join the PAF can apply for registration now. The application forms are available from 20^th June onwards while the last date of submitting the form to the authorized department is 3^rd July, 2024. Right now, the candidates can join the Pak Air Force (PAF) in Medical Branch (Specialists) (SPSSC) and Medical Branch (GOMOs) (SPSSC). Medical Branch (Specialists) (SPSSC):

• Rank: Squadron Leader
• Training Period: 20 weeks
• Age on 16 Oct, 2024: 29 to 48 years
• Nationality: Male / Female citizens of Pakistan
• Qualification: Candidates having MBBS minimum 2^nd division or equivalent from a Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM & DC) recognized institute.

Medical Branch (GOMOs) (SPSSC):

• Rank: Flight Lieutenant
• Training Period: 20 weeks
• Age on 16 Oct, 2024: 24 – 28 years
• Nationality: Male / Female citizens of Pakistan
• Qualification: MBBS with minimum 2^nd division or equivalent. Atleast One year house job experience is also required.

Selection Procedure:

The selection procedure for the PAF 118 Non GD Course starts with the registration procedure which has been made available online over the website of Pakistan Air Force (PAF). Once the application forms submission process will be completed on 3^rd July, then all the received forms will be reviewed and shortlisted candidates will be called for appearing in the intelligence test followed by Academic test in relevant subjects.

After this, initial medical examination and interview at I&S Centre will take place which will be followed by psychological test of short listed candidates only. The candidates who will clear all these stages will then under interview by First AHQ Special Selection Board, Final medical examination at CMH Lahore and Interview by Second AHQ Special Selection Board after which the Final Selection by AHQ in order of merit will be done.
