MOD Jobs Age Relaxation Criteria 2024

The maximum age limit may be relaxed as follows:

    • (a) By 3 years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, recognized tribes of the Tribal Areas, AJ&K, and Northern Areas (Gilgit Baltistan).
    • (b) By 3 years for candidates from Sindh (Rural) and Balochistan applying for posts in BS-15 and below.
    • (c) By 10 years (up to the age of 55) for government servants with 2 years of continuous government service on the closing date for receipt of applications.
    • (d) In the case of released or retired officers/personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan, by 15 years or the actual years served in the Armed Forces of Pakistan, whichever is less.
    • (e) By 5 years for widows/widowers, sons, or daughters of a deceased civil servant who died during service.
    • (f) By 10 years for disabled persons for appointment to posts in BS-15 and below.

Important Points to Consider

  1. Candidates must possess educational qualifications and stay within the age limits mentioned in the advertisement, effective from the closing date of receipt of applications on February 12, 2024.
  2. Quotas reserved for women, minorities, and disabled individuals will be adhered to as per government instructions. Persons with disabilities can apply for all posts, with encouragement to apply against posts at Sr No. 2 to 4 & 7 to 10.
  3. Negative marking will apply in the Screening Test at 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
  4. No TA/DA will be admissible to candidates for appearing in tests/interviews.

  1. Online Application Forms: Access online application forms and fee deposit slips on the website www.recruitments.com.pk. Hard copy submission is not required.
  2. Application Fee Payment:
    • Rs. 2000/- for BS-17 posts
    • Rs. 1500/- for BS-14 to 16 posts
    • Rs. 1200 for BS-9 to BS-13 posts
    • Rs. 850 for BS-7 post
  3. Pay the fee through a single bill invoice at participating banks, ATMs, Internet Banking, Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, UPaisa, or TCS express counters. Use the 20-digit invoice number generated in your fee slip. Only one bill invoice payment is accepted.
  4. Single Fee for Two Posts: Paying a single fee allows a candidate to apply for two posts of any group at Sr # 2 to 4, 5 & 6, 7 to 9, and 10&11, subject to eligibility. Additional fees apply for more posts.
  5. Test/Result Intimation Slips: Test/result intimation slips will not be sent through postal/courier services. Candidates should visit the website (www.recruitments.com.pk) daily and keep their cell numbers operational for tests/results intimations.
  6. Correct Personal Details: Candidates are responsible for providing accurate personal details, sending required documents, and adhering to timelines. These aspects are crucial for eligibility determination and reflect on the seriousness and competence of candidates.
