Note Keypoint Before Submission Application E-Transfer

  • All teachers who have been promoted or hold officer positions are advised to indicate their preferences for promotion through the SIS system, selecting the maximum number of options available. In the event of an unsuccessful promotion, these teachers will be assigned to schools that are in urgent need of staff.
  • Teachers are not eligible to apply under the OPEN Merit category, even though it was mentioned that the next transfer round would include all categories/general transfers.
  • According to the policy of the Department of Education, teachers cannot apply for a mutual transfer if they have served in their current school for less than one year, specifically since July 27th, 2022.
  • Teachers who have been assigned election responsibilities are required to fulfill their duties as outlined by the Election Commission of Pakistan in their original place of posting. The respective Head Teachers, Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs), and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the District Education Authority (DEA) will be held responsible for complying with this directive. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary actions being initiated under the PEEDA Act.
