- First of all, the candidate must be Pakistani; people who have more than one nationality are not eligible.
- Secondly, before the deadline of the Scholarship Program, the candidate must have the degree they need.
- Thirdly, people who want to get into a Bachelor’s program must have a high school diploma or the equivalent and be younger than 25.
- Also, applicants to a Master’s program must be under 35 and have a bachelor’s degree or 16 years of education.
- Further, candidates applying for PhD programs must have a Master’s degree and the candidate must be under the age of 40.
- Finally, all applicants must give the score they got on the HAT or USAT. Either the HAT or the USAT with a score of at least 50 out of 100 by the applicant.

- First of all, go to the HEC website or click www.scholarship.hec.gov.pk to open the HEC Scholarship Portal.
- Secondly, sign up for the scholarship portal and, after setting up your profile, choose “Learning Opportunities Abroad.”
- Thirdly, fill out the form with your information.
- Furthermore, give the necessary information (CNIC/B-Form, educational documents, proof of residence, etc.).
- Finally, send in your scholarship application to get one.
