CM Punjab Honhaar Scholarship Program 2025 are an important initiative of the Punjab Government, Pakistan, providing financial assistance to deserving students after high school. The Honhaar Scholarship Program 2025 (Phase 2) was launched by Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif to provide financial assistance to university students. The Punjab government initially planned to award scholarships to 30,000 students, but due to high demand, that number was increased to 50,000.

There will now be 50000 scholarships available under the Punjab Government’s scholarship program. Eligibility Criteria

  • Domicile: Applicants must have a domicile from any district of Punjab.
  • Age: Applicants should not be older than 22 years on the closing date.
  • Family Income: Monthly family income should be less than PKR 300,000 (an affidavit is required).
  • Enrollment: Applicants must be enrolled in selected disciplines at the designated universities or colleges for the fall session of 2024. Newly enrolled MBBS and BDS students in 2025 are also eligible.

Qualifications Required

Academic Performance: Minimum marks in FSc./Intermediate vary by institution type:

  • Medical Colleges: 80% or above
  • Top Universities: 80% or above
  • Public Sector Universities: 75% or above for Sciences; 70% or above for Arts and Social Sciences
  • HED Colleges: 65% or above for Sciences; 60% or above for Arts and Social Sciences
