UOG Private Candidates Registration 2024 Apply Online For Associate Degree (Science, Arts)

The University of Gujrat (UOG) has started accepting registrations from private candidates for the annual exams of associate degree programs in arts, science, and BA/BSc/ADP. The UOG Private Candidates Registration process will be divided into three stages, each with a different fee. The first stage, with a single fee, will be open until November 30, 2024. The second stage, with a double fee, will be open from December 1 to December 14, 2024. The third stage, with a triple fee, will be open from December 15, 2024, to January 1, 2024.

Detail UOG Registration Fees

• The registration fee for 2024 is Rs. 3000, which can be deposited in the Bank of Punjab through a challan.
• The fee for registration is Rs. 3000/-.
• The deadline for registering with the regular fee is November 30, 2024.
• The deadline for UOG Private Candidates Registration with double the fee is from December 14, 2024.
• The deadline for registering with triple the fee is from February 1, 2024.
• If you prefer to deposit the fee in the form of a draft, please deposit a bank draft of Rs. 3200.

Along with the registration form, please attach attested copies of your matric, inter, and BA certificates, equivalence certificate, CNIC, one attested and one non-attested passport size photograph.

If you have passed the inter exam from a board outside of Punjab, you will also need to provide the original copy of the NOC. Similarly, if you have graduated from a university other than the University of Gujrat (UOG), you will need to provide the original copy of the NOC. The registration form will not be accepted without the required documents. The list of required documents can be found on the backside of the registration form.

Please fill out the form carefully, as incomplete forms will not be accepted at the checking counter. No further proceedings will be carried out after December 15, 2024. Registration forms for ADP will not be accepted by hand or by post. The list of subjects and subject combinations can be found on the University of Gujrat’s website. Required Documents for UOG Admission:

To apply for admission to the University of Gujrat (UOG), you must ensure that you have the following necessary documents:

1. Registration Form: Obtain and complete the registration form provided by the university.

Educational Certificates:

• Matriculation Certificate: Include a copy of your Matriculation (10th-grade) certificate.
• Intermediate Certificate: Attach a copy of your Intermediate (12th-grade) certificate.
• BA/BSc Certificate: If you are applying for graduate programs, include a copy of your BA/BSc certificate.
• Equivalence Certificate: If your educational background includes foreign qualifications, provide the equivalence certificate.
• National ID Card Copy: Submit a clear copy of your National ID Card (CNIC).
• Passport Size Photograph: Include one recent passport-sized photograph.
• NOC from Previous University (if applicable): If your last degree was obtained from a university other than the University of Gujrat, you must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your previous university.
• Exception for UOG Graduates: If you have graduated from the University of Gujrat, you do not need to obtain an NOC.

Important Notes:

• Ensure that your registration form is complete and accurate. Incomplete forms will be rejected.
• Submit all required documents along with the registration form.
• The registration form and all related documents must reach the University of Gujrat’s office before the specified due date. Late submissions will not be considered.
• For BA and BSc programs, the registration form will not be accepted after the registration deadline.
