Admission Requirements for Quaid-i-Azam University Admission 2024

The applicants must be able to their credit score:

1. 1st Division MA/MSc, or in BA/BSc or 60 marks for BS (Hons) in addition to any other degrees with a minimum of 4-5 years;
2. Should not have received the award of third place in the BA/BSc, MA, or MSc;
3. If you are seeking the 3rd Division in FA/FSc, the candidate must have achieved the 1st division in MA/MSc or BA/BSc; or at minimum 60 percent of marks from BS (Hons) along with the other four years of Degrees;
4. A No Objection Certificate issued by the employer has to be attached to the admission data summary sheet and processed through the Proper Channel in case of applicants in-service.
5. A person who has passed the HSSC (Intermediate) Part I exam from a Pakistani Board of Intermediate & Secondary.

Eligibility Criteria to Apply

Education or equivalent examination from another recognized Board with a minimum (of 50 percent marks or an equivalent grade will be qualified for admission provisionally into the BS Programmes of study, subject to the requirements that:

• Following selection, the student must pay the fees online to the university Account within the specified time or period.
• After the selection process and online depositing of fees/dues into the University Account,
• The student is required to pass the HSSC Examination (as a whole) with a minimum of 50 percent marks. If students score less than 50 percent in HSSC, their admission is considered unaffected.
• After selecting and depositing online fees/dues to the account of the University, in case the student is declared to have failed in the HSSC Exam by the concerned Board, the fee/dues paid by the student will not be refunded in any way, other than for the refundable securities.
• After selection and online depositing fee/dues in the University Account, the student must submit their HSSC passed result card within the stipulated period in the concerned Department/ Institute/ School/Centre/Admission Section. If the selected student fails to present the necessary certificate, the student’s admission will be considered canceled.
• The student waiting for the result will require an undertaking per Sr#8 of the eligibility regulations.

QAU Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad

The Mathematics Department of Quaid-i-Azam University is among the very early departments. The department was founded in the year 1967. It is comprised of highly skilled faculty members. Most are involved in applied, pure, mathematical computation, and applied mathematics research and development. It has also played an essential part in establishing traditions in mathematics studies in Pakistan. Each year, the faculty members publish an impressive amount of research papers for international journals. Many faculty members are involved in research collaborations with top research foreign universities.
Its Mathematics Department has also played an essential role in teaching mathematics. In particular, it has played a significant role in developing human resources in Mathematics throughout the country. Since 1967 it has created eleven88 M. Phil and 192 Ph.D. The students from this department are working on both the international and national levels. Each year the department produces many BS and M. Sc., M. Phil. as well Ph.D. students.

Ineligibility

The following are not admissible to BS programs of study. The following are not eligible for admission to BS programs of study: –

• Candidates who failed to pass to pass the examination under Clause 7(c) (i) (a) in the exam rules of this University. (Please look up the Prospectus on the QAU web site www.qau.edu.pk)
  The person who has ceased to be a member of this University under clause 7(c) (i) (b) in the rules for examinations. (Please look up the Prospectus on the QAU web site www.qau.edu.pk)
  People with BS/BALLB/PharmD or an equivalent diploma from this University or another university.
• Students who were expelled from the Quaid-i-azam University Admission for discipline reasons.
• A student who does not have a BS or equivalent degree is eligible to be admitted to another or subsequent BS/LLB/PharmD Program (either on a Regular or Self-Finance basis) in the
• Teaching Departments/centers, Institutes/ Schools under any circumstance.
• They will revoke the admission at the request of the student concerned, following approved rules that have been accepted by the respective Chairman/Director and the Dean of the faculty concerned.
• If there is a misrepresentation or error in the information or a denial of information, In the event of false or misleading information or the concealing of facts, the University is entitled to deny or cancel the admission of the applicant and remove the (student) to the University at any point.
• The Vice-Chancellor can cancel or refuse the admission of any pupil at any time without giving the reasons.
• Students who were removed or removed from the list of QAU and the QAU or University Teaching Department/ Center/Institute due to a lack of lectures, the non-payment of fees or academic performance, failure to show up for exams or other examinations, etc.

How to Apply for Quaid-i-Azam University Admission 2024

• The candidates can apply using the online Application System from the QAU website. The applicants must print the invoice/challan for processing fees from Habib Bank Ltd. @ Rs.2215or OR Askari Bank Ltd. Rs.2200and deposit at the branch that Habib Bank Ltd owns.
