The Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) has launched its new training calendar for the year 2026. As Pakistan’s largest skills development fund, PSDF is offering fully funded (free) training courses for the youth of Punjab.

For January 2026, the highlight is the “Mein Digital” (CM Hunarmand Naujawan) program for rural women, alongside the ongoing Parwaaz international placement scheme. These courses not only provide free education but also offer monthly stipends and employment opportunities in Pakistan and abroad.

Active Programs in 2026

“Mein Digital” (CM Hunarmand Naujawan)

Launched under the vision of CM Maryam Nawaz, this program is specifically for educated women in rural Punjab.

  • Benefits: Free 6-month digital training + Free Desktop Computer + Internet Device.

Parwaaz / Tabeer (International Placement)

This program trains skilled workers for jobs in GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, etc.).

  • Trades: Construction, Hospitality, Welding, Driving (LTV/HTV).
  • Support: Includes loan facility for visa/ticket and pre-departure training.
  • Eligibility: Age 18-35, Matric/Middle pass (depending on trade).

Standard Vocational Courses (General Admission)

Admissions are open in over 250+ trades across Punjab.

Eligibility Criteria 2026

To apply for PSDF courses, you must meet the following general requirements:

Residency: Must be a resident of Punjab (Valid CNIC/B-Form required).

Age Limit:

General Courses: 18 to 35 Years.

Special Quotas (Women/Transgender): Up to 40-60 Years.

Education:

IT Courses: Minimum Matric or Intermediate.

Technical Courses: Middle or Primary pass.

Employment: Candidate must not be a government employee or currently enrolled in another PSDF course.

PSDF does not have its own campus; instead, it funds training at partner institutes. You can apply to any of these sectors:

  1. TEVTA Institutes (Govt Colleges of Technology).
  2. PVTC Institutes.
  3. Private Universities (e.g., UOL, UCP, Superior).
  4. Industrial Units (Textile mills and factories providing on-job training).

How to Apply for PSDF Courses 2026

You can apply through two methods: Online via the portal or physically visiting the training center.

Method 1: Online Application (Recommended)

  • Find a Course: Click on “Get Involved” > “Training Options”.
  • Select Your City: Filter by your district (e.g., Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad).
  • Choose Trade: Select the course you want to do.

Method 2: Application via Call/Visit
